This serial cable is specifically programmed to work with ASIAir and Exos2 PMC-Eight Mount. It has been tested and is fully functional with these devices. To ensure optimal performance, please follow these guidelines:

• Do not use USB extensions with this cable.
• Avoid bundling it with other cables.
• Ensure the cable length is sufficient for your application.
• Install the cable properly to avoid being snagged by your mount movements.
• Secure the USB end of this cable to avoid it from being unplugged or causing intermittent poor contact during your mount movements.

Please note that this cable will ONLY resolve tracking issues if the issues are related to cable communication. While many factors can cause your mount to stop tracking, a poorly designed cable is a major common issue.
